Dead River Bridge Walk for Diabetes; A Strides Event sponsored by Marquette Lions Club
This is a free event October 13, 2024 Marquette Tourist Park campsite #1 2145 Sugar Loaf Ave, Marquette MI.
Event time is 12pm – 3pm with a 2.2 mile group walk starting at 12:30pm on the paved walkway beginning at the Co Rd 550 historic Dead River Bridge.
Enjoy the seasonal colors following the walkway to the second Dead River Bridge and capture the beautiful views of Lake Superior and the Ore Dock Harbor.
In addition a resource fair sponsored by local professionals and educators will be there to provide support to those living with diabetes.
Snacks, beverages, presentations & demonstrations throughout the time of the event.
